Lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals
The DSP Leader supervises and supports DSP staff, ensures quality of care, coordinates schedules and assignments, and promotes a positive, respectful environment for individuals and staff. This position bridges the gap between frontline staff and management to ensure exceptional outcomes.
